During these unprecidented times, we are still getting a large number of people attending the surgery; we are trying to reduce our footfall, keeping the patients and staff safe.
We have now locked the front door and we have introduced a new sytem where-by if you receive a telephone call from the doctor and are asked to come in for a consultation to check your sypmtoms, you will need to go to the side door (located on the left hand side as you are looking at the surgery) and ring the bell. A member of our Patient Services Team will then check you in.
We are asking all patients that have access to do so to use the online https://www.patientaccess.com/ to order repeat prescriptions. We do have facilities on the Jenner House Website to complete a form aswell which will then be sent directly to us to process. For the elderly, and our vulnerable patients, we will at the moment be taking repeat prescriptions requests over the phone, after 2pm.
Unless you really need to call the surgery, we are asking you take alternitive measure like contacting a local pharmacy or using the NHS 111 website for further guidance.
