• COUGH, COLD AND FLU LIKE SYMTOMS EVEN IF YOU HAVE HAD NO CONTACT WITH ANYONE SUSPECTED WITH COVID-19 OR TRAVELLED ABROAD.
• PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY OR GO TO ANY PUBLIC PLACES WITH THE ABOVE SYMPTOMS IN ORDER TO PROTECT YOURSELVES, OUR ELDERLY AND AT RISK PATIENTS AND OUR STAFF.
You will need to self-isolate for 7 days and call us if you are unwell. We appreciate your co-operation and assistance in this matter.
