From Tuesday 2nd January 2018 Jenner House Surgery will be closing the telephone lines between 12.30pm & 1.30pm Monday to Friday.
The purpose of this will be to provide our Patient Services Team with the opportunity for a safe handover of information between the morning & afternoon. The Patient Services Team receives many queries from patients throughout the day that require a clinical response. The closure will provide time for the Patient Services Team to liaise directly with the Doctors enabling queries to be dealt with quickly & efficiently.
The practice acknowledges this may inconvenience some of our patients, and we therefore wish to assure you this has been implemented to ensure the best possible continuity of patient care throughout the day.
The practice will remain open for patients to attend the surgery in person.
The telephone lines will reopen as normal at 1.30pm.
