Telephone us in the morning Monday to Friday. Please be patient as our phones can be very busy at times. You will be asked by the Receptionist to give a brief indication of your problem, this is so they can direct you to the right professional, be it a Doctor, Nurse or Physiotherapist.
Follow up or Routine Appointments
The easiest way is to book on-line to save waiting on busy phone lines. If you do not have access to a computer, please telephone later in the morning or early afternoon to avoid queues.
In Order to book online you will require a Patient Access account. This account will also show you your medical records and allow you to request repeat prescriptions too.
In order to create a patient access account you can request an application form from the reception desk at the surgery, bringing two forms of ID with you (one must be Photographic)
Once you have these details you can access Patient Access by clicking the button below.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment as we can then make it available to another patient. Thank You.
If you are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery a doctor may arrange to visit you at home. We ask that Home Visits are only requested for those patients who are too ill to come to the surgery. If you feel a visit is necessary please phone the surgery before 10.30am to discuss with your doctor.
